Not Again.
…19 minute wait for them to answer the phone…
Scholarship people: Hello, we need a copy of your admissions letter to UNC.
Me: Well, that was two years ago, I don’t have a copy.
Scholarship people: Try calling UNC’s admissions department, they should have a copy on file.

…17 minute wait for them to answer the phone…
Me: Hello, I’m a junior now, but I need a copy of my admission letter for a scholarship. Is there any chance you have it on file?
UNC Admissions: [Laughter] Honey, we don’t keep those on record for that long. Try calling the registrar’s office maybe they can offer something. [More laughter]

…28 minute wait for them to answer the phone…
(Some guy answers and I explain the situation to him. He says he can send some form to the scholarship people)
Registrar Man: Ok, I just need your home address.
Me: Ok, It’s 3809… wait you really need my home address?
Registrar Man: [In a very annoyed tone] No, I need the name of the scholarship place I’m sending it too.
Me: Um, ok… it’s PSTL.
Registrar Man: Ok, now what’s their address?
Me: If it’s a fax don’t you need the fax number?
Registrar Man: That’s what I asked for.
Me: Ok the number is… blah blah blah
Registrar Man: Ok, I’m sending it right now.
(NONE OF HIS QUESTIONS MADE ANY SENSE!)

Today’s email from the scholarship people: Please submit either a copy of your UNC Chapel Hill admission letter, or verfication from the school registrar of your full time enrollment. This item is needed in order to have your PTSL funds disbursed to your school.
